Agile release strategy wiki

A new Wiki is being set up by Johannes Brodwall and myself: Agile Release Strategies. The purpose of this wiki is to collect techniques that make it possible to release a system to production earlier and more often. We believe that releasing often is one of the most important factors in assuring a successful project. The wiki will also contain case studies that document how these techniques played out in real projects.

We need your help in collecting more techniques and case studies. Johannes and I are currently interviewing people about their experiences in managing a release strategy. If you are interested you can send me a note at niklas(at)leanway(dot)no.
